A stunning Victorian citrine brooch set in 15ct gold. The citrine is an oval mixed cut, orange O5/3, eye clean type II. The surround is 15ct gold (tested), bloomed finish rose gold sawtooth and claw bezel setting with wire twist around the base, concave to wire twist and beaded tapered bezel edge, C clasp and brooch pin. The brooch has a plated safety chain with a lead soldered link. The total weight of the piece is 7.33g which included the safety chain approximately .50g.
